  • As we age, the production of hyaluronic acid slows considerably. Lip fillers replenish the hyaluronic acid in your lips, replacing lost volume and boosting definition using a common treatment known as a dermal filler.

  • At Medi Aesthetics in Clapham, we use a topical numbing cream or a dental block anaesthetic for lip procedures, so the treatment is pain-free. The fillers themselves also contain a small dose of anaesthetic.

  • The injections are only minimally invasive, and although there might be some swelling and redness initially, it should subside soon after the treatment.
